By accessing or using Robo-Clip, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Service Description

Robo-Clip provides encrypted note synchronization across supported browsers. You are responsible for maintaining your encryption passphrase. Loss of passphrase may make data unrecoverable.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Robo-Clip for unlawful content, malware distribution, unauthorized system access, abuse of network resources, or activity that disrupts the service for others.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

Paid access is subscription-based and billed annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal. Pricing and plan limits are described on the Pricing page.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility and process are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, legal compliance, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Robo-Clip software, branding, and service materials are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant a limited, non-exclusive license for normal use of the service.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robo-Clip and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
